2. Data we process
When you only browse the site, limited technical logs such as IP address, access time, requested page, browser and device may be generated by the hosting infrastructure for security.
If you email us, we process your name, email address, message and any project details you choose to provide. This website does not contain a contact form.
3. Purpose and legal basis
Technical logs are processed to keep the site secure and available and to diagnose errors, based on legitimate interests and, where applicable, legal obligations.
Email information is processed to answer your request, assess project scope, take pre-contractual steps and establish, exercise or defend legal rights.
4. Sharing and retention
Data may be shared with hosting and email infrastructure providers only where necessary to deliver the service and subject to contractual and technical safeguards. It may be disclosed to competent authorities where legally required.
Security logs are retained only for a limited operational period. Project correspondence is kept for up to two years after the last contact; records that become contractual are retained for the applicable statutory period. Data is then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
5. Your rights
You may send requests concerning your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK to contact@bullsdigitalhouse.com, together with information sufficient to verify your identity. Requests are answered within the statutory period.
