1. Parties and acceptance
These Terms of Use govern your use of the Friendz app and form an agreement between you and BULLS DİJİTAL YAZILIM VE TEKNOLOJİ ANONİM ŞİRKETİ (“Friendz”, “we”). By creating an account you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility and your account
You must be 18 or older to use Friendz; we ask for your date of birth at sign-up and accounts cannot be created below that age. You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity on your account.
3. Licence to you and your content
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use Friendz for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reverse-engineer the app or bypass its security features.
You retain rights to the content you upload. By uploading content you grant us a licence to host and display it to the extent necessary to operate the service and show it to your chosen audience; this licence ends when your content is deleted.
4. Safety and community guidelines — zero tolerance
Friendz has a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. Threats, harassment, bullying, hate speech; sexual exploitation or content endangering child safety; promotion of violence, self-harm or illegal activity; spam, fraud, impersonation or harmful links; unauthorised disclosure of private information and IP infringement are strictly prohibited.
You can use the report option on any piece of content, block a user from their profile, or contact us directly. Reported content and accounts are reviewed within 24 hours at the latest; on violation, content is removed and the user may be removed from the service.
5. Review and enforcement
We review reports and may apply the appropriate measure: removing content, limiting features, issuing a warning, or suspending or permanently closing an account. Child-safety cases or serious, imminent danger are handled without delay.
6. Changes, downtime and termination
We may develop the service or temporarily suspend it for security or maintenance. You may delete your account at any time. We may limit or end your access if you violate these Terms or where legally required.
7. Liability
Friendz is provided with reasonable care but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by mandatory law, we are not liable for indirect damages. Nothing here limits rights you cannot waive under consumer law.
8. Apple-specific terms
If you obtained the app from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge this agreement is between you and Friendz, and Apple is not a party. Friendz is responsible for maintenance and support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms.
9. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Subject to consumers’ mandatory rights, disputes are subject to İstanbul Mahkemeleri ve İcra Daireleri. Contact: contact@bullsdigitalhouse.com.
